subconscious programming. Our subconscious mind

plays a vital role in shaping our thoughts, emotions,

behaviours, and overall perception of the world.

and often drives our actions without us realising it.

In Module One, we are going to dive deep into the 5 key points

that directly affect your subconscious programming.

1. Formation of beliefs

Our Subconscious mind absorbs information and experiences from an early age, forming

beliefs and patterns that shape our worldview. These beliefs can be empowering or limiting,

based on our past experiences and conditioning. In our Group Sessions we’re going to uncover YOURS. This is a powerful session.

2. Habitual Patterns

Our Subconscious programming is responsible for the formation of habits. Whether positive or
negative, our habits are deeply ingrained in our subconscious mind. Breaking or changing
