The terms “company” “us”, “we”, and “our” refer to SUNSOUL, the owner of this Website. A “Visitor” is someone who merely browses our Website. A “Client” is someone who has registered to use our Services or signed up to a Program. The term “Product” refers to any products we sell or give away. The term “Program” refers to any coaching services we sell or give away.

You have full responsibility for making the best choices in your life. It is up to you! The coach is here as a guide or facilitator to help you light your way and empower you to make the best choices for yourself and life.

By booking a service with Bojana Maric you explicitly acknowledge that all Spiritual Medium readings and advice are provided and intended for the sole purpose of entertainment.

Bojana Maric / SUNSOUL Pty Ltd does not hold liability for any interpretations or choices made by a client that is based on information supplied during readings. All services provided are for informational and entertainment purposes only. All information supplied as part of a reading service should not take the place of a professionally qualified counsellor, psychologist, legal, medical or financial representative or the like.

The Coach is not a licensed therapist, medical professional, counsellor, mental health provider, psychiatrist, psychologist, or other agent of Client.

All Programs include no guarantees as to Client’s results simply by participating in the Program. Customers acknowledge that, as with any endeavour and investment, there is an inherent risk associated. Client agrees that Company will not be held liable for any damages of any kind resulting or arising from the use or misuse of the Program. Client agrees to indemnify and hold Company harmless for any claims that may arise related to participation in this Program.

SERVICES

Who am I & Why am I Here?™

This online self discovery program is a 4-week program, if you enrol free and wish to continue the remaining program, you have the option to purchase the a. The remaining modules, b. Remaining modules + Live Coaching Sessions or C Remaining modules + Live Coaching Sessions + 1-on-1 Coaching Session with Coach Bojana (Please note this option has a total capacity of 40 sessions per intake and will be a first in scenario). FREE Enrolment gets you the entire first Module + 1 x live coaching session free (If you are unable to make the coaching session you will need pay to get the rest of the course)

PAYMENT

(a) Upon execution of this Agreement, Client agrees to pay to the Company the full purchase amount for the Product, regardless of what payment option Client selects at checkout.

(b) If Client selects a payment plan option, Client authorises Company to charge the card or account used at checkout to complete all payments pursuant to the payment plan.

(c) Company reserves the right to collect any and all monies owed by Client to Company for the Program, by any means necessary within the parameters of the law. The Client shall pay for any fees associated with recouping payment, including but not limited to, collections fees and solicitors’ fees.

REFUNDS

Due to the digital and educational nature of all Programs, there are no refunds permitted under any circumstance. Dissatisfaction or disapproval with Coach or Company’s methods is not a valid reason for a refund or excuse to make remaining payments due & owed under this Agreement.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Client agrees to keep Company’s proprietary information confidential. “Confidential Information” includes, but is not limited to:

· Any systems, sequences, processes or steps shared with Client;

· Any information disclosed in association with this Agreement;

· Any trade secrets in connection with the Program or Company’s business practices.

Company promises to value your personal and business information and keep such information confidential. However, by purchasing the Program, Client hereby agrees to Company sharing Client’s general wins as a testimonial on Company’s website, social media accounts, and other marketing platforms.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

This Product contains information that is the intellectual property belonging to Company and to third- parties that license some intellectual property to Company. Company provides Client with a non- exclusive, non-transferrable single-user license authorising Client to use the materials for their individual purposes only. Client may not share, sell, re-use, reproduce, repurpose or otherwise distribute Company’s intellectual property without prior written consent from Company.

MISCELLANEOUS

(a) Entire Agreement - These Terms + Conditions reflect the entire agreement between the Client and Company related to the Programme and Services discussed herein.

(b) Choice of law - The governing law for this Agreement is New South Wales, Australia.

(d) All Rights Reserved - All rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved by us.

(e) Term - The Term of this Agreement shall be effective from the date of execution until Services are rendered.

(f) Termination - Client dissatisfaction with Company and/or Coach’s subjective teaching style, independent judgement, methods, or other techniques are not valid reasons for termination of this Agreement or request of any monies returned to Client. Even if Client does not complete all portions of the Program, Client is nevertheless responsible for all payments due and owed under this Agreement by making the first payment of the Program at checkout and executing this Agreement.
